The Utah County Jail is located ten minutes from central Provo in Spanish Fork, Utah. This facility is operated by the Utah County Sheriff's Office, which is responsible for providing a secure holding facility for individuals who are legally confined in the county. The Utah County Jail's goal is to protect the public by providing a secure and human environment for the incarceration of people accused or convicted of violating the law in Utah County. They also work diligently to provide inmates the opportunity to participate in educational treatment and rehabilitative programs.
